How Identum made use of the early March cold snap

We decided to take advantage of the cold snap in early March, sharing a job advertisement for a new programmer on our Facebook page. We didn’t have to search for long: Martin started work in our Online Team shortly after. But we’ve had a busy start to the year, and that’s not the only bit of news we have: Theresa has also joined our team, serving as Team Leader of Online Customer Service since February. Among those supporting her in the role is Michi who, after a brief but successful period as an entrepreneur, has re-joined our ranks at Identum. He bolsters the team in the areas of strategy and innovation. What’s more, we’ve also appointed a new Technical Manager in Baris, a Technical Engineer at Identum for the last two years. In future, the online team will focus even more on the area of “Digital Business Transformation”, going the extra mile to support our clients in the digital transformation.

“Digital business transformation” is an increasingly important matter for companies. We’ve already put our abilities to the test for our client Energy Hero. Our work with Heimbau, a Vienna-based housing cooperative, was focused on digitalising and thereby simplifying internal corporate processes – as a sort of “digital assistant”.
The Online Team’s new structure and new members make it possible to incorporate technical feasibility at an early stage of the design process. With many years’ experience in web production, Theresa represents the perfect interface between customer support and technical implementation. In Michi, we’ve gained a versatile and innovative strategist with a background in programming. These changes in our Online Unit should streamline decision-making processes and thereby save resources.
